Papy Bastin was a “nouveau”, so he hadn’t any right to put songs credited to him. Only those who were the co-founders and who joined Extra Musica before the 1998-split had the right to do that.

Congolese bands were never recording there albums before big events, except if they were recording in their homeland, which would became more frequent the last years before the combattans-ban, because of the difficulty to get visa’s.
