Who is this chap and on which albums is he featured?

mapipo is basically a reggae man (which explains some of his antics lol) but who could also create like an atalaku, he gave many of his creation to bill clinton, and later to other atalakus like cellulaire,bercy,brigade,equaliseur.......
but he has decided to realise his own album,who is partly funded by bill clinton,he already is having concerts despite never having been longterm in a group nor having a cd he already released
