This is a song written by ceden play and since he was always left behind on tours it was planned that joss and the other tenorists would share it,to their surprise wazekwa had already done a full record of the second trying to sing as high as the original ceden pre record wasthen started a strong argument about the fact that he messed the song hard which was a bit similar to the famous studio thing of werra in a la queue leu leu with some correcting the boss and some siding with him blindlyso the guys were fuming not only because he ruined the song singing too high which makes his voice sound weak and strained(especially as his preferred voice is already weak while his natural deep voice is better but he does not like using it much) but they had already got their mabanga money especially a guy like joss who could have up to 50 names easy with that fame he had,so it got tense to the extent that gesac who was already injured and walking with clutches after a fight with bill's guys got pushed by bodyguard as he was very vocal, having already not been granted a song like his rival bill and being very pissed because a donor was promising to buy him a lexxus if he has a song to his name then it calmed down and they forced wazekwa to sing deeper as soon as the vocals of musicians were starting and they reduced as much as possible that opening part
lol, the same Felix Wazekwa who claimed years long in interviews that he had written all the songs that were released on albums by himself and never made used of ghostwriters and/or crediting songs of his bandmembers to himself. Adding that bandleaders needs to be fair with ghostwriters and their bandmember to credit them on their solo-albums for having written songs. I remember journalist Baby Balukuna once revealing that a few songs on his first album Tetragramme were written by Didier Milla although everything being credited to Wazekwa.

A lot of those decisions Wazekwa made earlier in his career sorta explains why his legacy isn't as enduring as Koffi, JB, or Werrason. He experienced the big concert halls when G-5 was already selling out Stade de Martyr and Olympia.

Was he afraid of being overshadowed by his artist?
