Voila, Christian went straight to the top spot after leaving Afande's Generation A where he recorded two albums and soloist,he also played rhythm on the very albums, Werra did not have to test him by being an understudy of another big soloist infact if I remember Well,Thierry Mogratana came back after Flamme left but could not just rub off Christian who had established himself,in no time,Mogratana disappeared and went back to Europe with his guitar he called Jesus Christ!!  :lol:

If I recall Christian like Roi David wanted to come back but alas; you would think that if they made such an impact Werra would bring back in a jiffy  :mrgreen: The rumble will cease when Flesh Ingeta is out because Arc isn't fleeing like the rest his solo is enriching Zamba...

The thread was about a video posted by Sly to explain that Werrason lets artists to freely express. Clear!!! Not to start comparing kimbangu and others.

Now in line with the thread, I concur with Sly, Maison Mere infact from genesis has been a free participation band if I can call it that way. Werrason is seen as superior to JB because of this. JB is BCBG and because of this framework, there is less exposure of his artists. The other point is JB is allergic to change because in his world, he thinks when he changes the artists frequently, he may loose the old wenge style which werrason has. I can guarantee you, if all those older guys, all of them including ficarre, segiun mignon were to have been replaced long time ago, bcbg would have changed style for the better.

I also wonder here I have Congolese friends in Paris and Angola and I think they are unemployed..... I am afraid of asking them what they do..yet I understand Luanda is a very expensive place...

There are many opportunities in Europe that's why everyone wants to travel to Europe, you could have no education and job in Africa but when you get to Europe and find a job,you find that you're getting a decent wage that makes you pay all your bills and you can even afford to buy a decent car in one salary if you work hard ie because most countries here have a minimum wage that each employer has to respect unlike in Africa where employers pay whatever they like and they are not prosecuted so all these musicians you see do some jobs on the side as opposed to scrounging at Werra's house waiting for clothes and food and concert allowances which are not given to them sometimes. :lol:

If I tell you what jobs I did in the past you would be shocked! Am glad I did those jobs and I have now moved on to bigger things,no one can lie to me!!

It would be nice if Roi David because those atalukus Werra has now have really failed him just like Ferre. Brigade was the real deal. I have lost faith in Diego, I think the style at Maison Mere isn't his or he's lost steam, he was ok at Tonya Tonya now he's even told off when he goes on stage at Zamba Zamba,fans call for him to stop so I don't see him lasting long since Werra listens to his fans a lot.

On Arc En Ciel, I repeat, he's really stepped up his game, he's a good soloist but he is still below Kapaya,Kimbangu and Bombole,those are great soloists!!

diego's problem is that he doesnt seem to work anymore his voice has faded a lot,the difference between his voice in concerts and in studio is too big whereas in tonya tonya and his first years in maison mere the voice was the same in both cases
 and like you i think maison mere's tempo is a bit too fast for him,he would have been good in bcbg or quarttier latin

Exactly, Diego's voice has gone down a bit. The tempo at Maison Mere is too fast,he's failed to fit in but I also think he's a bit lazy coz if he can create something interesting that the fans like he can be on top,i think the fans have lost patience that's why last time Werrason asked him in front of the fans what he was doing and he always puts him to the test, Kirikou may just kick him out.
