I agree, however, the Pullman excutives in Paris have no understanding of Congolese culture and famous figures, they just seek to have GHK held to the same high standards as their other hotels in every major city around the world. The new DG is not African if I'm not mistaken.

That's bad business on their part, you can't do business in a foreign country without knowing the customs of that country.
