Yes. Kofi is Congolese, the dancer is Congolese so he can be judged by the Congolese government since Kenya handed him over. Secondly, he can be punished for breaching diplomatic relations.

bro you know a good number of the most followed pages of congolese community are pro-koffi so there is often a lot of bad publicity for his 'rivals" either they do it straight and clear either they post a supposedly positive photo but with a text which will cause vitriol
