Must've been frustrating for him since the other members would've been aware that his mic was muted. Hearing him sing used to annoy me with how nasally/fake his voice sounded.
It's amazing how esteemed he was then despite being the most prime example of a faux chanteur. . He became the one winning dance battles, was photogenic, and especially (98-99) he was willing to to take a bullet for Koffi in terms of loyalty
