It was Tshala Muana's idea and Koffi taking it over, doing like he was the founder of it. The real reason of it what many people don't know is that they formed it to support Joseph Kabila's campaign for the Presidential Elections who where meant for 2005, but came in 2006 and to get financial support from his party PPRD, to stop polemique which destroyed the Congolese Music since the Wenge-Split, fighting against illegal music business and to get a strategy to stop the Coupe-Decale hype, which was taking whole Africa and even Kinshasa over.
