Congo music fans are going to have a lot of new music to enjoy between now until next year fall......Ferre, Fally, Werra, Heritier, Koffi, Lacoste, Deplick, JB Mpiana, Kabose, Celeo, Wazekwa and Abraham are all slated to drop albums or singles. Although track lists and album/single titles haven’t been released yet for some but others like Ferre with Manix, Fally and Werra are already dropping hints about what’s to come.

Alot of artists are hyping their upcoming album/single but in all honesty, how many of those artists do you really care about if they release or not...So i want to put this one to you guys...Which album are you looking forward to the most?

That's alot of albums to come in a short period. I can't see this happening.

Most of these artist album are  finish but they are playing the waiting games

I'm waiting for Ferre's QQJD it seems like this album will be his best yet and I want to hear how the fours (Guy,Marcahouse,Nicolas Wagadugu,Echappe do with their songs). And Fally's album 14 because he hasn't released anything in 3-4 years. Balle De Matche was an album I was looking forward to but with the depature of my favorite singer in that band Abel De Charme and the impending departure of another favorite of mine Mignon Abraham I don't are for th album as much anymore. 

Per Fally, his focus now is his U.S tour, then back to Kin for group rehearsals, then a series concerts there, and after an African tour after the new year. He also mentioned setting aside time for his foundation. So, in other words, don't expect an album until way into 2017. 

He's been sitting on his fully complete World album for a couple years now, even teased a clip he did with rapper Eve, but still no release date. He's signed to Universal, so he's dealing with very professional producers and distributors now.

A question I have for fellow members - if Fally were to decide to release a single like Original or even a rumba soon after the release of Retirada, would it negatively impact Héritier's solo career before it truly begins?
- I ask because it seems to me David Monsoh is trying a bit too hard create another Fally-esque figure with Héritier, especially with the way he's crafting his image. He's without a doubt a talented singer, but is he bringing something new to the table?

As a Fally fan I don't care at all for that world album, unless it has some songs like French Kiss,Orginal or Sweet Life I won't pay much attention to it. Can Fally at least release a song from 14, that's all people are waiting for something rhumba or sebene from him because it has been a couple years now. If Fally would release something after Retirada it would take some take some steam off because Fally is the bigger star and one of the biggest in Africa but not a lot because Retirada has been highly anticipated for years now. To me Heritier isn't doing anything new in Congolese music besides planning concerts in Portugal and Turkey. And I think David Monsoh is a professional producer who has done a lot for Koffi,Fally and will do so for Heritier.

It would definitely impact Retirada I believe....Fally is the guy most of us look forward to his music. Koffi will definitely release something after Retirada just so he can try still the spot light for the fun of it

kiekiekie jv you know koffi well,the guys has songs ready at home and no way on earth he'll let somebody steal majority of spotlight so he waits and sees whats going on then drops when he sees he is not the number 1 of buzz at the moment
as for jb,forget 2017 as abraham and abel parts will surely be replaced and they sang a lot more than on previous albums but expect another echauffement in december
for wazekwa,he is working on two albums his remix of songs of his first albums which people do not know a lot and "bo'a mabe" his album with his group but most on his focus this year has been on his two books he is writing the one to explain his proverbs and the one for children to teach them about the greatness of God so no album this year,also i am being told julien gabbana and gesac could return soon

Will JB ever release a album again  ehh....Wazekwa is the one I care less if he release or not. Koffi on the  other hand is patiently waiting for someone like Werra, Ferre, Fally and Heritier to drop something so that he can counter it
