It could have been big dance-battles in Quartier Latin of Chikito against Fally, if Chikito didn't decided to go to PPU of Wenge B.C.B.G. . I Also noticed that Soleil stole some dance steps of him. I think that Quartier Latin was definitive not JF Ifonge's place, maybe that Wenge BCBG suited better for him. Lola Muana really didn't knew how to dance.

Koffi was sure that he would run away if he would bring guys like him, Alain Kabobo & Spino. Knowing how to sing and dance is not the only option to be on travel-list of Quartier Latin, you must also love you work, working hard for your place, being serious. That's also why someone like Jordan Kusa who didn't participate on the Attentat-album, made it on the Bercy-list instead of Chikito & Alain Kabobo and someone like Mustapha made it instead of the experienced Babia (who had habit to don't show up for months during Europe-tours, had a strange/rude behaviour and becoming more more addicted to drugs) and Gypson above Soleil Wanga (who didn't knew how to dance at that time). JF Ifonge was very lucky to have French papers otherwise Koffi would let him stay also behind in Kinhsasa. But otherwise it's unfair for Chikito because he created the choreography of the Attentat-generic and that of the Bercy-Intro.

It's incredible how Koffi had a huge list of singers at that time I guess he had no choice because he had to rebuild QLI in 1999 even if he was depressed (because he was missing Bouro and Modogo) and Papa Wemba dissed him very hard at that time he had to respond.

Zobozi was not right, do you it think that it made sens to replace a tenorist by a 2eme voix singer ? He just wanted to diminish Soleil who replied very hard against him, after that Zobozi claimed that he, Gipson and Montana where gay. According to Chikito it was his choreography and in the videos of those times you can see many parts of those choreographies back in his solo-dance parts even IN some of videos of his time in Wenge BCBG.

 It was very difficult for Koffi to select the right singers, because after the Academia split he recruited more than 50 singers, from where he selectioned 16.

Personally I would have brought chikito to bercy and let him participate in attentat koffi blew his chance with him imagine chikito vs fally vs bouro in a dance battle loool jf was crazy and why do I have a feeling lola was brought to bercy cause of who is dad was koffi was bragging about it and even said he's bringing him go bercy even though he was a great singer but lacked a bit of dancing but wasnt as bad as eric tutsi lol

Fally and the guy in the Orange were the best dancers. Lola was a bad dancer but at least he tried.

mvulusi zobozi was actually right  in the sense that soleil did parts which were jordan's in attentat since he had better workrate in singing,but then jordan won on bercy since dancing was very important, in those concerts of that era it was vital to have as much as possible guys with the best  mix of charisma,looks,dancing  and singing skills
as for jf,he missed part of the last days of rehearsals since he was jailed  in kinshasa but he arrived back in europe hours before concert and he did contribute to choreography surely along with chikito
like you said jf seemed more made for clan wenge especially bcbg (jb being his idol of then)
in the lists for europe  where there are many singers the role does not matter anymore priority goes to those  who are more able to pull a great show so you can have a tenorist who is there instead of a poor 2eme voix dancer and vice versa
