Abel says that he has already done one video that will be released soon and is working on his project Flamme Olympique. He said that he ever joined Quatier Latin and only went to rehearsal with to see his friends Mayase and Omba and he sang a song and the fans there taught he joined and started those rumors.

he is right to be pissed because the guy got 11 vocals taken down by jdl and co for no reason,even genta's ezalazala was actually his lead and not chai's but jdl and co decided to change and gave reasons to jb and since he trusts them to death he found it totally normal
 so ending with 58 seconds or so of contribution in all that time  and because of jealous guys is not too nice

It's sad because Abel's career was completey wasted in Bcbg, how can someone be in a  group for fourteen years be that good of a singer and only go to one voyage to a city that's right next door to yours in a way and only get three short vocals. JB is not that good of a leader, he gets word form other people without even conforming it.

jdl and seguin influence kibens a lot over vocals of people who are their favorites or not in studio,actually even abel's mbua vocal was done because that day jb was in studio with them
like i said in bcbg(and in the recent maison mere aswell) forget about travelling even to brazza if you do nothing to please the chiefs or if the boss himself does not support your presence on lists or if there none of the first team favourites who is missing (for example those who benefited from wata's numerous europe trips )
yes he is a man of blind trust and he knows it but still is not finding some way to change,he is like that in every aspect of his life

I think you don't leave just for the sake. Some understand their deficiencies and understand they cannot make leaders. In BCBG no-one is forced to stay, why do they complain after leaving.  I think this nature of internal politics is not unique to BCBG.

Let me offer two pence worth of opinion. In BCBG it pays to have a mentor/protector who will cushion you from the internal politics. Cellulaire was strong until his "protectors " left him.  Independent individuals like Metreau have it tough when in conflict. At the moment touch Blaise you touch Seguin, Fusee... Genta Le Quado.... Kibense  Tolbert.... Ficcare etc. Zulema is favored by JB.

Leaving or individual  defections will not shake BCBG  or any of the big bands because the have too much  muscle.  I suggest that such defections lead to formation of group bands and not solo artists. I was just listening to Marquis and Academia and my my would they have succeeded. However big egos is not a strange subject.  Check  on any who left and see how they fare on... Djino, Chai, Bogus.

Finally if you watched the four hours BCBG  concert you could have seen a very aggressive audience with demands and this was not in Kinshasa. Now this will make JB and CO.  listen.  Hope for revival lies in aggressive fans and audience.

I mean whenever you join,a senior guy can help you navigate the internal dynamics of a band. There is usually intense competition internally and if you are good chances are you will receive flak. "protectors" are not necesssarily Kibens,Seguin,JDL,Rio,Roger  I just used them as an example. Backbiting,backstabbing sorcery etc just to get ahead in any band is quite evident.

Nevertheless, that approach is not a good one.  I should be able to do well based on the merit by/with which I was recruited into the group(which I think is the talent and not any other thing).  It is the leadership that has got issues.  If he is not the kind of person that seeks approval from people( which encourages a lot of snitching,backstabbing and backbiting)  , we won't be talking about all this now. Those 5 Chaolin masters know what JB's weakness(es) is/are and they are capitalising on it to the best of their abilities against the younger or non-influential members of the band.

for example when rio was not too much on their side they got him removed of tour list,or when a guy like atshuda completely bowed to them giving them money out of his mabanga money,introducing several sidekicks who have money to them;doing unsettling missions for them....the guy ever sincehe went even just to his first brazza concert has missed zero concert abroad and has become jb's most cherished singer outside the th guys to extent that jb wants to take him to europe on private mode to do an europe clip of his new song instead of the one done when balle de match was only 3 songs

You can tell the chiefs have so much power in BCBG to the extent that young guys like Fusee are scared to even discuss sensitive internal politics. I watched one clip were Fusee literally refused to comment on the departure of Abraham. When asked he repeatedly kept saying "nakoloba te". Until the interviewer changed the question. Lol
