but then again i feel  his personality seems to have an influence on his business so far a lot of guys are fearing teaming up with him except guys who are almost "desperate" like fabregas kinda was after the mixed success of his first projects or abel who praises him in every single interview in order to convince him to accept him in koffi central or guys like baby ndombe trying to redeem their career

indeed the quartier latin guys or unknown guys is the best idea,since 99 per cent of the young generation for the moment are clan wenge guys,and it will easily end up in polemic as koffi will surely want  the guy to completely bow down to him and ignore his ex boss or the guys and fans from clan wenge will despise the guy for working with koffi and  he will surely be sent to do some disrespectful stuff
if he manages to be strictly proffesional and not his typical machiavelic self there is great chance it will blossom because his know-how and high level of taste of quality is not even questionable

That's true Archos. Every serious and established Congolese musician knows Koffi's character and how is alleged in the practice of trying to sabotage other people's progress so none would consider being produced by his label. Only upcoming musicians may see it as a major opportunity and he koffo should focus on that market,am sure he knows that too.

The difference that is emphasized with this studio is that all the mastering for future productions is done in-house as opposed from other studios in town that require mastering in Poto.

Bana Ok will be in the studio to record next week. Chai Ngenge is also recording his next album there and is signed to the label.

i hope koffi's project will succeed and i hope like he said he'll put his controversial side appart because the condition was that chai goes on tv to diss jb on tv at several occasions so that koffi really gives him a good chance
i did not listen to interview but i hope this time that new manager has calmed down because in his first media appearances he seemed more interested in mocking jb's body and mentioning whatever guy linked with dating amida,that's not the smartest way to get into the game especially as a proper manager

I think getting terribly rude,snitching, seeking revenge at every given oppprtunity, being petty is a norm that is why polemique could thrive well.  Even when you get to read some of the comments on some of these artistes' videos on YouTube, you get to see that causing trouble is a pastime there.You are an artiste manager for crying out loud why will you take it upon yourself to start getting personal and begin to deride others that you see as your artiste's (potential) opponent/rival?
Even as a public relations officer, when people say some malicious things about your client, it is unprofessional for you to come and get personal with them too. You clear the air about any allegations that might have been levelled against your client and you move on.  Simple!
