Seems like 2007 before cindy came? I can tell at that point the team has completely fallen apart.

It was in April 2007, when Koffi officially presented Les Mineurs at the GHK and Gessac first official concert in Quartier Latin.
It's was after the release of the SWI-EP (released in December 2006, in order to bring Koffi back in the spotlight which flopped very hard in Kinshasa due to Droit Chemin's succes), where Meje 30 & Cindy Le Coeur participated in the song Lily Kaniki. But they joined Quartier Latin not yet they. Cindy collaborated in the meantime with Fally, Bill Clinton Kalonji and gospel artists.

If the Les Mineurs team has fallen apart, then it's also a little bit Suzuki's responsibility. Because after the Zenith '07 show and little Europe-tour he didn't pay the musicians from where Koffi gived him the money of the tour and Zenith-show, with as argument that Koffi didn't pay his airplane ticket, when he asked him in 2006 to return in Kinshasa before Quartier Latin broke up. Something which pissed many musicians off and seeing Koffi as fake boss who don't have alot off like he want to claim , while it's was not his fault. Guys like Zoe Bella, Rolly Mayemba (who people saw like the new Fally) and Bapinces (Soleil's copycat) didn't want to return due to those reasons. After realizing that they won't return with expensive cars and money in Kinshasa like the Quartier Latin-generation of 1999-2006 with also the risk of getting "12" (after some rebellion made after those argument about the money),  because they didn't already got alot of vocals in B.E.K.-version of 2007 in their opinion. Koffi who was already really hurt by the departure of Fally, Ferre and co. was really disappointed by them and decided to not promote "Les Mineurs"anymore like he wanted in the beginning, while there was a Quartier Latin-album planned after B.E.K. in order to make "Les Mineurs" big stars like Ferre, Fally, Soleil and co and to compete against Werra's Mayi Ya Sika (Fabregas, Deplick, Cafe Roum and co.). After returning in Kinshasa, Koffi came with the strategy to eliminate all old members (Shella Mputu, Montana Kamenga, etc.) who where not anymore  productive in his eyes with Joss Diena becoming the new Chief of Quartier Latin. Not knowing that Koffi already made a plan to eliminate and humiliate all ex'Wazekwa musicians (Gessac, Hono Kapanga & Gabanna) in a later stadium with Cindy Le Coeur becoming the new "Mbilia Bel". Koffi wanted already to let Cindy record a EP after the Skol-Madramanda single, but he changed his made. Maybe due to the Droit-Chemin trauma.

Guys like Shella and Montana overstayed their welcomes at that point because QL underwent a huge rebuild then. Looking at where koffi is at now, I kind of wish he gave Les Mineurs a chance. Maybe he would have been better off with them. Why did he want to eliminate the ex'Wazekwa musicians? Was he also disappointed in them?

Koffi has had so many chances to keep a strong Quatier LAtin, first with Les Minuers, the guys who did Abracadabra and now. Knowing how Koffi is it's surprising he didn't assemble a team to go up against the up comers in Maison Mere in Fabregas,Cafe Roum and Deplick (Who was with him a year before).

I don't know why he wanted to elimate them, Koffi has sometimes strange behaviours. I remember that Koffi was very happy when he humilated Joss Diena (who wanted almost cry on tv), Gessac, Hono Kapanga & Gabanna (who decided then to leave QL), by leave them behind in Kinshasa when he went with Quartier Latin to Zenith in 2009. There where some concerts where he was throwings shots towards them or not even select them in Kinshasa-concerts.Gessac didn't want to leave Quartier Latin, but the pression was so big and guys like Mbentenge where gossiping that he and Hono wanted to form a new Academia with Joss Diena (who left them after Madramanda-recordings, after not getting a vocal), who was working on his solo-album Vitrine. So they decided to join Joss Diena along with Asso (he tried to join Maison Mere, like Gabanna & Mukusa Ya Mbwa but they where all 3 badly humilated and rejected by the Maison-Mere fans at La Zamba Playa) & Gabanna.

joss went to see koffi to try to convince him to hand quartier an album again since he still assembled a good team with guys coming from rival bands like them three of cultura,jitrois of maison mere,zoe bella and tony ambrosio from vitoria..and it would be good for him to show he can still make stars and for them to benefit properly from the buzz of joining quartier latin,and he added that it would also had helped guys like asso who were frustrated behind the scenes because many of their vocals were done in studio by guys who went to europe
and joss introduced to koffi songwriter pida star who could give songs if needed for that album and as a big "tactician"koffi turned it around to claim that joss had already planned  a rebel group since most of the guys of the group really loved and respected him
there started several public humiliation for him and what really got koffi even more pissed was how joss' wife journalist lolo milolo interviewed wazekwa and praised him a lot for olympia and koffi used that to send less and less text messages to joss for concerts or he would get messages but cindy or somebody else sings instead of him in front of him so that it scares the rest of the guys who had so much respect for him
also koffi did not really take them because he needed them so much it was mainly to hurt wazekwa,few months after their arrival he already was mocking them in private that they are dreaming if they think he'll promote them seriously

I wish koffi had faith with the 2007-2008 team they were promising so suzuki pretty much ruined everything, how did koffi eliminate montana, shella and co? and rolly mayemba said in an interview that he was arrested or something with arabe youssouf and when they were meant to return to kin he ran away
