It's quite a decent album ,you will love it,the rhumba songs are good.

Brothers - this album has been out for months, and he got the launch right by releasing it globally immediately - even on USB for Kin vendors. Superb album; may favorite release of 2016 followed by Defao's album.

It's been on heavy rotation for me: Socrate, Procès du crime, & Nuit et jour are standout gems

as matebu stated this has been out for a while. i been listening through google play for a few months now.

I have been enjoying the rhumbas since the release of this album. It forced me to eat my own words. Just before Koffi released 13eme Apotre, there was a debate here about upcoming albums where I said that there was no day Manda could release a better album than Koffi. Comparing the two now I can see how wrong I was . I am having all the rumbas from Manda on rotation on my Serato while the only song I can stand from Apotre is Symposium. I apologise and withdraw!!

lol,i was actually planning on writing about 13eme Apotre next, it's one of Koffi's biggest flops,i wonder what would have happened if the song Selfie did not exist, it saved Koffi some shame.

  He won't mention it now, but when Selfie first came out, he stated in a few interviews he recorded it last minute, about a month before the album release.

Me neither haven't even listened to BEK in full properly not really koffi's music sucks man I'm disappointed with him I have been for over 10 years

If Koffi became Koffi, then it was due to himself. Because everybody forgot about him after the Viva La Musica-collaboration & Ba La Joie-days 1978-1979, that with Langa Langa Stars, Zaiko & Viva La Musica in 1982 and Historia Musica in 1983. His first album Ngounda flopped very hard with himself at a moment thinking that he was maybe cursed by Wemba. He tried then to get his succes back with Lady Bo record with his "best friend" Emeneya, which had succes but not so big like that of the collaboration he made with Viva La Musica. Then when he released Diva he finally got the attention he wanted. He thought then to continue the succes with Ngobila, but that album flopped then very hard. Then he recorded a duo-album with his friend Rigo Star, but it got the same result. At the same time he was getting very thin and alot of black pimples on his face. With people claiming that he got infected with AIDS. Then there was a moment that a rumor was spread that Koffi died in Paris of AIDS with his mom crying on TV in Kinshasa. Koffi was Astonished to hear that and he decided to record the Dieu-Voit-Tout album where he sang about his dead, thats where his success really started. Getting that year a contract with the Kaluila-music label and confirming his success with the Rue d'Amour-album getting a big female-fanbase.
