Its a contnuous process at Lazamba. If a good guys comes up and convinces some musicians and leaders they approach Werra and an audition is done at Lazamba. However that is just first level. You have to be good and consistent to break into the first team.

Like... There are some singers that in ten years doesn't have more than a vocal or two in the group and this guy keeps recruiting??? Probably recruiting people that he cannot pay with consistent salary? I really don't understand these leaders sometimes
