Mann... 2003 was a curse-year for the Congo-music. The arrest of Wemba for the Ngulu-affaire (which made Embassies not trust Congolese artists anymore), the rise of the new music-genre Coupe Decale and the closing of JPS Production, who was investing money in Congolese Artists.
