1999 - white beaded braids then cornrows and blonde hair, durags/head socks, swimming goggles, baggy baggy jeans, fubu jerseys, Nautica jackets in mid-summer heat, messenger bags, white trainers and foamposites ... what a wild and fun year it was. 2001-02 easily topped it though with the crazy fur outfits people wore and hair styles
And yes indeed, everyone wanted to look cool then not dapper like 1985-97 was.
