lol it was obvious they would not release it on that date from the moment it was known that it was not gone to factory yet,it should have been gone to factory in the first week of may to be released on time given how artists like to release at this time of the year

There are better albums to be released from more serious artists' JB is a rotten cabbage, how long should we wait for the stupid album anyway,,... We have great gift coming, lets look forward to QQJD and Caligula.

voila guys given the way jb operates its a waste of energy to expect him doing agressive marketing and album ASAP,better let him possibly surprise or not
there are enough other musicians to appreciate while he continues his "thing"

JB Mpiana seems to be congolese music's d'angelo LOL d'angelo had a whole 15 years between albums. he's one of my favorite arists and he was dealing with drug addiction and depression. after a few years i just ignored him then boom he literally without warning or marketing dropped an album winter of 2015 and it was everything the fans wanted from him. be patient. forget about it. go on about life. if he finally drops something of note, celebrate. if he doesnt go one with your life.

you must have missed it he won two grammys for that album lol best r&b album and best r&b song for really love

I have personally left dust to settle on JB, I no longer care about him like I used to. In fact I have realized that had I given him a red card long time ago, I would be richer in Congolese music and history by today. I worshipped him like a small curio God. I ignored Werrason, Wemba, Zaiko, Koffi not realizing until today that these other guys are great and have been producing better music. I have since opened a rhumba pub in Lusaka and I play all kinds of rumba music from all artists. What I have come to realise is that fans of JB are only 1% while most song requests are for other artists. That just shows how JB has fucked up his career. Its a pity really to see such a gem rotting with Kibense and Rio for 100 years.

Secondly, I now conclude that from a personal point of view, JB is not great, he was only lucky that the beef between him and Werrason threw him in the view of Congolese music fans. JB would not be known today if it was not for that rivalry. He also took strength from Afande, Makaba, Titina etc.....the moment he was left by these great guys, his career has been on the downhill. It was evident when I swallowed a bitter pill during Anti-terro CD.

You know even though seeing EMO like that make me question if the 3rd wold war is close,  every time I get mad I go on Snap (download it yesterday after a year of absence) to on JB and I see so much energy that all my anger goes away
