Why can't JB verify stuff by himself.

JB should really focus so much on helping his ex musicians other than those from other bands.  For me, he is too big an artist to depend on rumours from people he knows better.

Imagine. It's not like he can't call Ibuba to verify. These guys close to JB really have a hold on him huh! It must be frustrating if you not in his inner circle.

That is where the concern lies....Why can't he call up all these people and ask them questions whenever he gets to hear stuff about them? What kind of person is he that takes whatever Seguin(especially) and the other bootlickers says about a colleague hook,line and sinker and acting upon it without seeking to verify if it is true or not? 

Influences on power is implied and not spoken. If you look at CEOs ,presidents, ministers you will always find power players /peddlers who "steer" the ship in the direction the want. It is not like you say this and the boss listen but you subtly influence decisions in a certain direction.... Power behind the seat.

jb has been like that way before becoming today's jb,30 years ago already he was like that (in a more funny way though with him sulking a bit when he had not seen especially werra for days and he did not want to hear any explanation until he calmed down lol)
the explanation he gives of that is that when he loves somebody he loves him totally so when he hears negative things he is hurt and to protect himself he does not approach the person but it does happen that he ends up approaching the person and even apologising
this type of character are often worsened by celebrity,the guy(and other leaders) gets hundreds of calls everyday including even calls of shegues telling him/them your musician x or y acted bad toward me/us or was involved in a fight and so on
so they get plenty of things to control at the same time

Of course, we know that@ "influence on power is implied and not spoken" @Shamala...However powerful one might be at trying to influence the boss' decisions at every given opportunity, the boss should always have his head on his shoulders please. With this your explanation, does that mean the boss can't take or make decisions without these so called "power peddlers" covertly and overtly influencing it? Must Seguin always influence his decisions yet we explain it away as one of those things that happen in organisations?  Please, let us call a spade a spade and not a working tool!  There are snitches in every work place and they are always ready to make everyone except themselves fall but the boss must always be in control. JB is the problem abeg.

yes sista,he is like that  with everybody  friends family employees  who ever talks to him first and says something " bad" to him is right but thankfully sometimes he is able to think twice and accept he was wrong

What is being said here is that Jb is a vegetable with no mind of his own!? And Wenge BCBG is Seguin's band if he makes all the decisions?!?
