Most those dances were easy to learn, remained memorable, and weren't too obscene.

Here a clip from Marie Paul's Wenge El-Paris "Courrve-feu", but the audio is from Empire Bakuba "Full Option" doing the same dance "Kwizana Mpimpa... Bazo Mbanga mama" so it matches perfectly. I think the polemic era, especially post-2002 made groups refuse do the same dances.
