I reported earlier that sunda had left due to very bad relationship with the bullying camp and prior to that had resigned in any of his chef roles but another event confirmed departure of sunda has genta who had made peace recently with seguin convinced him to come back and he'll find a way so that he can sort out his issues with them for the good of the group as he is an experienced bassist and a good writer so he is valuable
 and he accepted to come back and go to brazza with bcbg he suffered electrical shock on stage and was falling on stage and shouting " jesus jesus jesus" only to be held by zoulou mbonda while most of the rest of the group were not seeing the scene and since bcbg went with two bassists the second one took over while sunda was struggleing but musicians belittled it as it happened several times that some musicians did not feel comfortable at all on stage and falled and did not continue concert
 and then as concert was over some of the musicians went to see him and ask whether he is fine and he explained that he felt weak as he had pain throughout his body and some of the musicians(genta zoulou atshuda) reported to him that seguin was not too happy to hear he is still alive while they were relieved that the worst was avoided
and when he called secretary of the group who is one of the members of  the bullying team to get some money he refused as they had decided to strip him of his last salary like explained earlier so he got pissed and decided he had to leave as it seems they wanted him dead because he is one of the most vocal in the group against them

Seguin is a demon he made blind in an eye Metrau and almost killed Sunda Bass, the sad fact is that JB is too much blind to see all the bad that Seguin is doing, JB is only a very fragile man, and even though he act like the cool guy and all that he hasn't much toughness, I am surprised nothing happened to Genta or Fi-Carre since all the group knows how bad they hate Seguin

@Manzambi,you better let JB and his family members be(Seguin, Roger, Kibens and co) . They will soon take over the family property from him(JB) totally.

This is why this band is dead literally. JB Mpiana has been held hostage for such a long time that the man cant think for himself. You cant progress as a leader especially in an African society if you splinter your power widely to groups of people you rule. You need a central leadership and power to succeed. JB Mpiana unfortunately does not exhibit such since he is scared dead of the bully group.

Even though Cindy vetoes in QL but she has never gotten to a point of wanting to kill one of the most obedient servants of a band!!! JB is STUPID.

 Nobody can explain away this man's stupidity before me and I will ever buy it! He is outrightly stupid and there is nothing anyone can do about it. Being rich, generous or good looking is not equivalent to wisdom. Wisdom is the principal thing he lacks. Money can't buy wisdom. JB lacks wisdom abeg!

If Wenge did not split , nobody would have been able to see how weak-willed  and clueless JB is as a person because he would be hiding behind the stronger ones (the power of a team). Now he has his own band, someone else in the person of Sis Lateefah, is calling the shots for him. Wawa kawai!

he was not at all like that in te past i think he is giving them a bit too much credit for his tough period of 2003 2006 or so
i hear from various people that he was not far to commit suicide i mean very close he even took pills and its those guys who almost lived with him until he got a little bit better and ever since that he has offered them the group and just signs some contracts,checks the recording of songs,picks who sings and thats it all the rest is decided by the rest
in the past years he'd even not rehearse for 4 months with the group  trusting them guys to cope with it not knowing they'd throw personal issues into it rather than staying professional so a lot of things was happening at rehearsals with genta sunda bass and ficarre trying to defend others

the problem he now faces is if he is to take control back he has to change those guys and i doubt he'll be that ruthless,maybe one of them thanks to an occasion of fallout but  coming at reunion and saying for now on seguin you are a normal musician i dont think it will happen
all the important roles in the group are in their hands,mbuta kiss knows better than anyone how much money arrives in the group and can take time to do passport of a musician he does not like,roger is manager,private adviser,"marketing director" although with  invisible marketing,assistant he said in some interviews that they are so close that sometimes he goes to get money for jb from one of his private business and keeps it at home until jb asks for it and it goes up to 200000 dollars at times
jdl is the specialist of getting him sidekicks in every concert,the guy who makes sure minor members fear that grouip to death so it kind of gives impression that he makes the group disciplined
so unless jb gets radical thats quite a difficult bunch to remove of strip of all advantages all of a sudden

I don't think JB  Mpiana will be able to wrestle his full powers back given even he himself feels and quite right so that he has nothing to prove. And most likely these guys have him under a spell so really they are in cntrl. Add to that his much talked about tolerance or good heart as a person means that effectively like has been pointed out that JB is a leader who is held hostage by his understudies. Mawa trop!

I think gents sunda bass and ficarre should form their own band I'm certain more then half of the group would go with them easily and then jb will realise what mess he's created this is really not nornal

There would be less impact. The group that we needed was supposed to be Abraham, nono fudgi, sakoko, zulema, tolbet solo, atshuda etc. That one would shake bcbg and buzz
