Ba ndeko, how are you ? I have a fairly important question that I would like you to help me please. On each album, I see written "programming ..." and "arrangement" ... and I never really understood what it was. Could you explain me what it is with examples please. Thank you

programming is the computer "tuning" of the songs (squelette ya nzembo) so something to do the beat either electronic drums or real one rythm guitar and bass then arrangement is during and after the proper recording,
lets take for example the generique of extra musica trop c est trop(since its the song i am listening to at the moment lol)
the arranger would be the guy who agreed along with the guys that there would be that change on rhythm with that "a mu ke kota" animation or how it started with chorus
i tried to explain it with simple words cause i never really got into technical words of music
