Bienvenue Konga. He was drenched in sweat in the concert footage from how hard he was drumming, then later Champion alternated

He said he left because Fally barely paid him, but he also ran away after the Fally's first Euorpe tour so...

Vocals were so out of tune at Fally's Olympia.

 if i am not mistaken that is the tour celeo said he "saved" fally  by bringing a bag of clothes because musicians wanted to leave(they were not too allowed to move for matolo because fally feared about visas) then konga left during A2BM tour because it took them time to start to get matolo contacts while fally took the tour money for himself

 @Matebu

Why are leaders of orchestras so stingy with money? Do they really expect people to work for free?

 the reasons why our artists are that stingy for most they came from at best average background,so when they get some money they want to make up for their years of struggle, some also are stingy because they consider that they have the "biggest spiritual burden of the group" so its normal that they have to keep it for themselves,also because of competition,for example they'd tour or record an album and earn good money by selling songs to customers but leader will keep it and buy a house or a car because he has to either keep up pace with the rival or try to "reduce the gap" like they consider it
another reason is that for them when musicians get money, they start partying and come late at concerts or rehearsals or miss out so it disorganizes the group

Wow Fally motema mabe right there, can't hold the money people have worked hard for yourself. Koffi was at-least letting them roam free in Europe and getting a monthly salary.

Yeah this was some hardcore drumming, I don't know if Arnaud MAdruma can play like this.

But Fally way of paying changed over the time? Because nowadays a lot of his musicians say that he pays them good money

Yeah better than before, but they still don't get a regular salary like other groups yet. Many go upaid for months since he's loves being aboard in Europe & LA a lot. They still show up for repetitions in his absence though

Being connected to the group gives them access to local donors. Once they leave it's hard to keep those connections because the bosses' friendship with x donor comes first

 now they are on a pay by concert,after concert atele kunianga shares the money allocated to musicians( which is not huge lets be honest but gotta be better now with fally having played like 6 concerts in DRC for three years,abroad his contracts are better) but its better than some groups who get a salary once every three month at best
