I cant understand what he is saying. What has he done to attract such backlash and is it something he does in this clip or elsewhere?

He is misusing his public stature. There are some things we are not allowed to admit . Then again you have to wonder if he may be a reflection of the rot in the wider society because how else do you explain the popularity of his Facebook page and his huge following?
