I had been hearing that for years but its happening more and more these days,that some artists(not only one) own most of the kin studios and let somebody appear as the boss as cover and late in the night or whenever there is a bit of calm they come and say to engineers let me hear this and that,and in some cases they'd come back with a sorcerer to do prayers to block he album no matter how good it is,which is why a lot of artists are starting to fear to record in those studios,some are far less crowded as they used to be,people would rather record in a worse studio then try to save it by mixing in bigger ones or many are starting to buy stuff for home studios to start there then try to get a whole lot of guarantees and precautions before going to studio for mix and correction
from what i hear there is one artist who is inches away of losing it and going to make a strong rant on tv with names
