I believe he does it to impress jb,for a good while jb was unhappy with him over a concert where two dancers got injured because of crazy crowd movement(while he is meant to secure them into their bus) on the way back home so jb being his typical resentful self was either having him next and not treating him the same or completely ignoring him,not even giving him shoutouts when he passed in front of him then in the last month things got better and i guess he's trying not to lose the top security spot to nzapa
