i checked straight away in kin just after video,apparently he was released days before video and was anyway being in the VIP section of prison with good conditions and that somebody(either wata or junior kabananga) payed so that he is released(the way eto'o did for koffi apparently)
if all is true,decent strategy than to be released with huge buzz  and hundreds of sites,it could have seriously hurt maitre mbata's family
hopefully he'll keep low profile

Rarely do I agree with your thoughts but this one you are spot on. Ferre would have gotten backlash if he did it and I also strongly feel that this fellow should spend more time behind bars just to make him  humble and a better person.

Yeah it's true it was for the best that ferre stayed far away from the situation cause if he came close the media would've crucified him
