After the 3 days event of Werrason in 2015 which created damages because of the huge attendence and some spiritual things who happened on the background and the new boss not wanting concerts there, made Congolese artists not perform there for years neither the Parking-place, only foreign artists like Stromae were allowed to perform there. What made Pullman Hotel (former Grand Hotel and Intercontinental) change their view ?

I was hearing that a lot of musicans were lobbying with the mostly white mangement to get the concerts back under the condition that prices go up and musician give a higher percentage to the hotel. The concerts there (indoors) still will attract the wealthiest attendees over the other new hotel venues.

This time no drama can happen or that's it for good.

(RIP) Bob "Fal" Mudabi. There were plenty concerts there when Grand Hotel was in hands of Bob Fall. I think that Koffi is the artist who performed there the most, giving there packed concerts since 1987.

Congolese artists are lucky that they constructed Showbuzz for them, because before that they had not a real place to give concerts, which is a disgrace for DR Congo. In the past they could perform at Palais du Peuple, Cine Palladium, Salle des Congres of Palais du Peuple, Cinemax and other places. Many places closed or became churches and at Palais du Peuple they aren't allowing artists, comedians, actors giving their concerts and shows since 2003.

Why they no longer allow artists to play at the Palais du Peuple ? It was a great place that could accommodate a lot of people

Because the policitians consider it as their property, while Mobutu built it for the people. Back in the days rich people were holding their weddings, musicians giving their concerts, actors and comedians giving their shows, etc. In 1997 LD Kabila decided to bring the National Assembly and Senate, who were first at Palais de la Nation to Palais du Peuple, but it wasn't a problem for concerts, shows, etc. With shortly after that a trend starting of bandleaders and gospel-singer to perform at l'Esplanade de Palais du Peuple, where first Etienne Tshikedi and the pope used to give speeches to a big crowd. But from 2003 when the 1+4 governement came they started to refuse. From then they only accept to expose bodies of politicians, sportmen, big musicians there, like they did with Madilu, Tabu Ley, Emeneya and Papa Wemba, but concerts or shows no. Comedians were every time crying on tv about that, but Showbuzz solved that problem. Even just filming there is a big problem.

fingers crossed that one day there is not news that an artist bought showbuzz and uses somebody as cover,it could be the end of that hall(ndiaye for example is less ans less crowded with the return of news that werra or koffi bought it)
