The last time he was in Lusaka for the VVIP concert he was actually suppose to appear in court but it seems he was protected by the high ups in authorities. So this case is actually an academic exercise. Nothing will happen.

Yea, you took the words out of my mouth. This report is just for buzz for the regional court. He was treated like a diplomat when he was there a few months ago... Koffi gives no f*cks about this
