The sebene of this song and that of Conseil Patcho are the my favorite sebenes of this album. Papito also my favorite song of Feux de l’Amour. I liked the way they were it in concerts with Blaise Bula, Aimelia & Alain Mpela adding vocals. The public was always going crazy and asking for “bis” when Mpela was singing the vocal he would sing in Tour Eiffel.

Aah Papito Mbala. He was then the most praised and richest guy of the Bana Lunda-generation. 1996, 1997, 1998 & 1999 were his years. Didi Kinuani wasn’t that big at that time and Tchatcho Mbala started to lose it. I noticed that Werrason never mentioed him in the albums of Wenge Maison Mere. So he was a pro-BCBG despite coming from Bandundu. I don’t hear his name often like in past.

Cavaliare Solitaire ( duet with Papa Wemba) was for me the best in this Album, if you do not count the Ndombolo Generique
which everyone agrees was a sensation at the time.

I agree. When I start listening to Cavalier Solitaire I listen to it more than 5 times before I move on. Sad it never had a clip. Otherwise that duet is one of the best ever there will be.
