Is somebody can tell me when this « war » & how it begins ?

 they knew each other earlier in the 90's when for example staff london with ferre,baby,genta bill would face new city of fally flamme blaise element and co then they were saying hello to each other when they started  getting into big groups but were never very close
then once  settled in them group there is that rumour that fally slept with ferre's girlfriend of then while it happened at that time when they had no cars that they'd go back from national tv in the same car/bus so they kinda got a little closer
 and later on if i am not mistaken what officially launched their conflict was how when fally returned with car from tour,he called his "twin" jipson and they went to park right next to ferre and made sure they both parked in a way to make it impossible for ferre to move once he leaves the restaurant or whatever it was
then the quartier latin way koffi dragged ferre in latino worsened things
in short they had a couple of grudges over women and then sometimes they took one thing the other did too seriously
but sometimes according to various sources they speak a little bit

Thats what i thought, some stupid childish ish. Hope one day they’ll put their ego on the side to drop a wake up 2.

I don't believe that they will that one day. They are so diffent then the Clan Zaiko & Clan-African Jazz/OK Jazz who were still collaborating which each other despite their rivaleries and problems in their private-life. Fally-fans will never accept a collaboration with Ferre Gola. They will then say that Fally's level is to high to collaborate with Ferre and Ferre will be influenced by his staff to not do that 'eko sopa ye, etc.'. I think that a Wake-Up project will come the day they will be finished like Mbilia Bel and Tshala Muana did last year while people were waiting for a collaboration in the 90's. A legend like Wemba was always collaborating with his old collegues of Zaiko who weren't influent anymore like in the past. But Ferre will never accept to perform with Baby Ndombe, Lacoste, JDT and Japonais on the same stage. Except if they are guests of his concert.


Back in the days they were forcing rivals and new creating bands to perform on the same stage against each other to see who's better (Emeneya vs Papa Wemba, Zaiko vs Langa Langa Stars, etc.). With those artists and bands always accepting it because they didn't want to be seen as cowards. Emeneya used to call Fally, Ferre, JB and Werra babies for being scared to perform against each other on the same stage while he used to perform against Papa Wemba many times and against a legend like Luambo Franco Makiadi.
