Is there any other songs that Congolese artists made it into their own versions if Congolese were based in Europe more then they would've got sued.

They wouldn't have been sued because the text doesn't have anything in common with the original. French rock-star Johnny Hallyday was singing many America-hits in French and was never sued and didn't get any problem.
