Fally said things in some interviews as to allude that ex maison mere do not behave well towards werra and things like that,and he says he is surprised if now fally acts like he is a sermoniser and remembers when himself baby started to record his album tour de babel in 2004 2005 he meet fally along with chela mputu at an event organized by papa lutumba simaro and fally knows the things he said about his boss koffi that day but he does not want to repeat it  and furthermore he knows wenge system quite well,and one of the examples of the system being how he was tricked in order not to be in maison mere back in the days so if he wants to give advice he has to be fair and not point out just at one "camp"

and he said he is about to finish his album totally funded by himself hence the long time it has taken between his first album and the future second while he also has family to feed and at his age massive daily success is no more a priority  but he'd prefer rather to see his songs last for years so he took his time to rework and rework in order to reach a certain level of quality

around 500 musicians attended bcbg tests at studio bobongo but since it was too small and tight they were divided in groups of 5 and only rio and chai made it in the group when  chai was tested the remaining 50 or 100+ guys did not get tested anymore since jb had found that

Fally does not have the profile to be in BCBG, QL was ideal for him and I dont know if JB had the ability to handle a rising star tel that Fally or Ferré. Maybe it's the fact that Jb does not have great management skills that made him not come out of big stars like Koffi and Werra did

YEAH rio was picked by blaise bula who saw in him something very different for chorus and jb picked chai to rotate with aimelia if he rests a bit plus kibens was there as blaise back up
  he took alain mpela's departure too seriously,you'd be shocked with the number of known guys  who knocked bcbg to join since 2004 but jb refused because he did not want to deal with a growing ego anymore(which is why djino did not last when he started seeing himself too big, he seems to prefer taking the minimum out of his musicians and have a "stable" atmosphere in the group than   pushing to extreme some who have potential to get the best out of them like koffi and werra do/did)

He should also secure his father's legacy by financing and finishing his last album and release it posthumously.
