In every case he will win
1. He is a big Congolese citizen with influence over the whole Africa when he was in prison Eto'O and Drogba made everything to get him out.
2. He has money and you can even be a murderer but unfortunately in legal cases money makes a big difference. There is a rich american guy who have killed 4 people through drunk driving (and ususally you get life to that) but only got 10 years after he tried to avoid the verdict by flyng out.of the country.

I don't believe that he would win. Don't forget that it's about rape. I don't see influent people like Drogba and Eto'o support that openly, that wouldn't be good for their image. Especially after all those scandals (Kenya, Burundi, the way he insulted Alpha Blondy, etc.). Koffi made already gave a bad choice by not reacting to letters between 2007 and 2009, running away in 2012 from justice when they said to him that he had to stay in France. He was already lucky that Kabila, Kimbuta and co helped him to not be arrested because in 2011 the Interpol came to Kinshasa to get him, but they refused to deliver him. They tried to corrupt the mother of Bennie to sign papers, but she refused.

Yeah Koffi messed up by staying away too long, had he stayed it might've been different and the case would've been sorted.

If French authorities go after his French asessts, then his wife and kids will bare the hard consequences - who knows he might respond this time. 

He should’ve just stayed in 2012 and settled everything, but he was afraid of going into custody- even for a minute of questioning. Back then he also had the support of his colleagues and enemies since some are as culpable

With the big amount of feats he has on his next album tiwa savage,davido,naza and co surely he finds it safer not to take the risk to go and potentially risk not being able to release,everybody knows how much koffi loves music and loves to always adapt to the  trends to remain more relevant so maybe he ponders that with the hope that his lawyers who are among the very best in france turn things around

He makes it worser for himself. I hope that they won't make some "Surviving Mopao" about him on French media, because then his career in those Francophone countries will be over or a realityshow on TF1 or France2 with help from the Interpol and the police to get him arrested in Kinshasa, like those European guys they arrest in Thailand after 20 years.

 yes i think so,if  what i hear is right he plans something like one or two rumba cds and cd of the feats  apart or throw the feat he has most hope for in the rumba cds
