The affirmative response here save for two or three members is evidence of disappointment why Koffi was not jailed. Well, I keep asking myself whether we are true followers of this genre, if we only allow deep hate to the players. I do not love all the musicians from Congo but I don't think I would hate them to the extent of wishing them prison term.

Secondly, We are as confused as the musicians themselves!! I see guys calling on Koffi to recall former QL members for concert but these are the same guys who have been on JB's case for keeping old musicians in his band.

To me Koffi does not need former band members to stage a good show. QL has talent in it currently and what Koffi needs to do is to give these musicians freewill to showcase their talent and to allow them to market themselves.

Granted, he may be a horrible human being but we are all guilty of our own demons and this is a musical blog not a moral platform where we police individuals behaviours. Rape is a sin, lying is also a sin and all sins are equal before God so while we condemn Koffi for rape(in case we have hard evidence not assumptions and insinuations) let us pray to God to deliver us from our own sins.

Kenya is currently coming to terms with a case in which an innocent man has been in jail for the last ten years for charges that were framed by the wife so that the wife could sell his property. The woman directed the daughter to report the father to police for having raped her. Ten years down the line the daughter has shocked the nation by coming out to confess that the father did not rape her. So for those that are quick in judging let us be considerate.
