I think it is because Bill management cannot go in Europe and live the same Zenith etc. experience like the Werra staff could do in Bill's time in MM, I mean most of my friends who are die hard fans of A La Queue leu Leu, Solola Bien, Operation Dragon etc. don't even know Bill makes music because yes they are Congolese but they will never have the same tool as Congolese people based in Congo or African people based in Africa to listen and pay attention to Congolese music, to be honest they have also switched up to Nigerian and Ghanaian music once it was popular, now they are back with Congolese music only becuase of Fally, amd because Fally did that great record in France with his disc.
