Can we say that Volvo Lukebuka was the heir of Shiro Vuemba's style of playing sebene.

I guess so because his style matches Shiro check out his career in back in 1987: and I realised he first played the sebene of Liloba by Zaiko Langa Langa back in 1993 from Benico by Rigadin Mavoungou (R.I.P.) at 3:54:

Is Volo Volo from Brazzaville or Kinshasa ? It seems that he had some peruvian blood.
