I doubt that Werrason still gives that kind of advice to his musicians (from 7:07 min). I don't also believe that it exists in other bands nowadays. Because back in the 90's & 80's bandleaders were giving their musicians advice (Wenge, Zaiko, Empire, Quartier Latin, Bana Ok, etc.), explaining how they have to behave in interviews and outside music, saying that they are rolmodels, etc.

lol look the way Blaise Bula & J.B. Mpiana are disrespecting Koffi Olomide and Pepe Kalle (from 4:17 min and 5:55 min) Hahaha the succes really went to their head.

 lol they were not too serious it was just "ideologie",yes the system of leaders giving advice has become more and more rare now most leaders only care about them coming to concerts and rehearsals on time,if i remember well somebody went with ya fifi's passport

Just watch from 4:17 min and 5:55 min. Back in those days Koffi Olomide, Quartier Latin, Pepe Kalle & Djuna Mumbafu fired little shots to them (1992-1995). "Ba petit balobaki trop","ooh biso toza likolo ooh nga boye, nia-nia-nia-niama", "chez biso c'est licampa avec pisicine" (I guess that Werrason and JB Mpiana hadn't swimming-pools at that time in their villa's), "bakimi poto pona bidenda", "loba na ba petit yango, kokende liboso eza kokoma te", "le zero n'existe pas" and Wenge 4x4 replying with (1994) "tobima na biso ba petit, mais eza complexe mutu ezo sala bino. ba vungisi", "tokendaki liboso pe tokomi, ooh ba petit wana ba petit wana rien. Zero sur trente.But in those days they were still talking to each other and sometimes being guest in concerts and even jocking about the shots. It was not like those 1998-2002 and the years after it.

This tour was a reponse to Koffi's tour in the USA in 1994 who was making then alot of noise and when they came back in late 1995 before Pentagone, they made all those musicians of other bands jealous with the cars they got from the tour.

Lol thinking about it the lifestyle competition still continues between koffi and jb,even with clothes,whenever you see koffi coming with the last versace or whatever not too long after you will see it with roger ngandu,same for jb you'll see it either with koffi himself or cindy or if they want to take a proper piss with merveille rambo to go and diss jb  on tv
same for the cars,if in one year one brings a new car which is "rare" in kinshasa by the end of the year the other has the same to make it look less special or has equal or better
same for the number of houses,both have entered the 30 houses mark and none of them wants to stop there until one takes a large advantage

I watch stuff like this and I just ask myself, Where did it all go wrong??
