polystar deserved at least a generique on lead in his maison mere stay, his greatest legacy in maison mere are malewa rhythm and primus rhythm guitar,i think he could have given something else the way mogratana did on wabelo for example

Corean played some excellent sebenes on that album.




Beside working with Bozi Boziana, Theo Mbala participated on alot of albums and generics in the years 2000 and 2001. He would have been millionaire if those generics were credited to their names and that those copyrights were respected. The same for Ocean who made animated in many generics.

That generic brings a lot of old memories for me growing up with my two older cousins who were big rumba fans one of them was nicknamed "Petit na London" because of his elegance in wearing those 90s top and down denim jeans with that signature Madilu System haircut, ah mawa. RIP Patrick. The other one was so gud at dancing and would audition to become a dancer for Defao (but was never picked) during the time Gene Gene had a long tour of Zambia with Kayembe Chez Ntemba. Sorry bandeko I get emotional when I remember my late cousins. These were the golden years of rumba as we know it.
