Who is this guy?

He’s a sapeur from Congo Brazzaville. He’s know for his funny interviews. I knew him since 2010 after seeing him in the bonus of the dvd Papa Wemba - Notre Pere where there was battle between sapeur of Brazzaville & Kinshasa. Norbat  de Paris became very known in France after participating to the TF1’s program “Roi de Shopping” which he won.
