Ah thank you Archos, Pascal Poba also existed at that time, it is a good poet of proverbs, it will be said. Jules Kibens also existed at that time, but I find it odd that, for example, Kibens began his BCBG career after Wenge's separation, it's like Bogus Bopema. I could say that he could even  to go Wenge Musica already since all these times at least could try their luck (like Manda Chante, Alain Mpela .. especially Aimelia)

Editions Veve (Verckys Kiamuangana's label) did the distribution in Zaire and Africa, but it got pirated very hard like all other albums of that era. Kalayi Boeing was a huge succes in Africa, Zaire and the French West Indies. It  confirmed their succes in Africa after the succes of Kin E Bouge and it made them tour in alot of African countries, getting contracts for USA, Canada and Europe.

I think that Kalayi Boeing was Wenge 4x4 biggest succes in Africa, because alot of bands in Africa (Ivory Coast, Senegal, Tanzania, etc.) copied their chorus. A good example is the song Sabina of the Mapouka-group Les Youle.

Like the production Maitre Imbuma for Les Editions Plus De Paris "Ecurie Leopards" also publishes 80's albums only as for Zaiko Langa Langa, Viva La Musica ....

Kalayi Boeing had a bigger impact and influence than Kin E bouge. This album truly cemented Wenge's legacy as a formidable band across Africa. Prior to Kalayi Boeing Wenge Musica was somewhat of a band only confined to central Africa and some parts of West  Africa but after Kalayi boeing the band truly crossed over. I remember the Christmas of 1993 Kalayi boeing was playing in every Bar and house party in Kisumu

Kalayi Boeing was not only relased on vinyl. It was also released in CD and Cassette. The CD sold the most, because then most people had already moved on using CD's and they used Cassette's more than vinyl.

JB Mpiana had then the haircut of rapper Criss-Cross (RIP) when he came back in Kinshasa, alot of youngster in Kinshasa started to do the Cris-Cross haircut. But JB Mpiana went to cut his hair not long after that.

Wenge Musica released Kin E Bouge in the spring of 1991. They spent like 1 year in Kinshasa, touring then also to some African countries and some cities of Zaire (Mbuji Mayi, Lubumbasi,..). Then somewhere in June 1992 they came to an Europe-tour with their concert at La Madeleine in Brussels being the first concert (it was seen as a big event in Kinshasa, JB Mpiana talked about it towards the end of the song Voyage Mboso). then they performed also in Paris, London, Geneva, some Belgian,  German and French cities. In meantime they recorded Kalayi Boeing & Pleins Feux (which didn't come on the market because of a conflict with Kongolo Mobutu, it came 4 years later on the market when they came for the recordings of Feux de l'Amour. It was said that when a lot of Vinyl, Cd's and cassettes of Pleins Feux came to Kinshasa, Kongolo Mobutu took it and all seized it). They also performed on a festival in France which was broadcasted on the French nationaltelevision channel TF1 (the image are very are) which is seen is one of biggest achievement of Wenge 4x4 and they performed at Clarigde in Brussels on the same stage with the mythic caraiben band Kassav (a fara-fara concert) having then Nyoka Longo & Nono Monzuluku as guest (the concert is on youtube). The fara-fara concert with Kassav made people in Zaire respect Wenge 4x4 even more, since that Kassav was a big band having filled many stadiums in Africa and West Indies, having mutiple platina albums and hits in their pocket. They spent like 3 months in Europe and then came back to Kinshasa, but then started to have a hard time because of Wenge Aile Paris trying to mess up their big events. For example when they came in Bandal after the tour Marie Paul came with mystical powers steal all the public, the same thing happened when they performed at Nsele. It started to fustrate them, so they went to record the song "Le Monde est Mechant" in Brazzaville which was a strong attack towards Marie Paul and also like a reponse to his his "Bako Juger". Shortly after that Manda Chante decided to leave and went to join Wenge Aile Paris, he was suspecting then JB Mpiana for wanting to sacrifice him, since that he started have health issue when they toured in Europe. From then a big episode started of Manda Chante wanting to get his passeport back from Wenge 4x4 to join Wenge Aile Paris in Paris and Kongolo Mobutu (who was like Aile Paris's manager) becoming furious and doing all those things we know to Mbuta Kisolokele, Adolphe and Mpela lol, Werrason then making it worser by provocking Kongolo by doing the victory-sign during the spot of their concert at Palais du Peuple. It made Kongolo even more furious and sent soldiers to interrupt Wenge 4x4's concert at Palais du Peuple with tear gas. So from that moment Manda Chante could finally get his passeport back and went to join Wenge Aile Paris and Wenge 4x4 on their turn continuing with performing and recruiting Tutu Calugi and Aimelia Lias as replacer of Manda Chante and later on reconciled with Kongolo Mobutu.

But why Wenge after the recordings from up to the album Kin E Bouge that he distanced himself with Kongolo Mobutu "Saddam Hussein" and with Marie Paul Kambulu when they stayed in France with Riccoco, Zing Zong... and he created Wenge Musica Aile Paris?
