 he was asked about musicians dating dancers despite law of the group forbidding it and he admits that it happened that some were actually couples and it also happened once in a trip abroad that koffi did not control them and each of the main guys of the group(then lebou willy and him) slept with dancers and there was one dancer who did not have one guy so they'd sleep with her once they were done with the one they picked
he also talked about the fact koffi tore his visa for olympia tour and sent him back to kinshasa and he says koffi did it because he just had children in europe at the same time so koffi suspected him of running away in europe to seek papers so he tore the page and sent him back and he went via kenya and cameroon where he got arrested for three days and got spotted by monsieur simon who wanted to produce him
and he arrived in kinshasa and he says from that day he understood that koffi does not love him and people might be surprised that he says that but he still is there when koffi needs and he says he does it because he is grateful for the platform koffi gave him to showcase his talent but from that moment he does not trust anybody fully anymore and he says his colleagues let him down surely if they said "boss if suzuki does not travel we wont aswell" but instead they just protected their own cases so he was disappointed by that also
and once in kinshasa monsieur simon proposed that he meets jb so that he performs at zenith then goes on to record his solo album and he says he has great memory of his short time around jb and few leaders take care of their musicians as good as him
he hit out at sam and mboshi over something which happened around 19th anniversary of academia  and said mboshi should stop being somebody who will hold grudge against you but never tell you he should come like a man and say to people i disagree with this or that instead of ignoring people out of nowhere because its childish and he says one day him and sam will ask for forgiveness for what they did and if they dont do it their career will go nowhere

I don't know but he seems really gay to me the way he dresses the way he speaks and it was weird seeing him talking about spiritual shit

Suzuki is one of the greatest singer of congo and africa & he’s one of the « voice » of qli. I think its sad how a great singer like him exposes himself like this. Look like he lost his mind. Ninja got some grudge from 1998, talks loud, act stupid, look like he on drug or something. Ado yuhe shouldnt drop that video.
Plus, he lied on how he get into qli; blanchard bring him to qli, i dont know what hes talking about.
Koffi recently bring him to tv5 & he’s the only one who act stupid like that.

Suzuki messed the whole interview up, it looks like Ado also regretted to interviewed. He just came to attack Sam Tshintu, Mboshi, Gipson and Jordan Kusa (the story about South Africa and the protein-shake). I think that Suzuki used some drugs before interview, look the way he was touching his nose often during the interview. Suzuki is always weird when he's in influence of drugs. 6 years ago he said that he sacrified alot of people for Koffi and back in the early 2000s he claimed that Koffi had signed a pact in Benin and that they had sacrified Mboyo. I'm sure that he's now regretting about the thing he said about Doudou Ngafura.

I'm really dissapoited. I excepted more of this interview. I thought that he would come with alot of anecdotes like other former QL-members and that he would came explain the rivalery against Zaiko and Wenge 4x4 (le zero ne compte pas), also about the songs he gave to Koffi Olomide, the ki-mbala influences in the songs (Andrada, Noblesse Oblige, Motomolo and Loi), but he just came to attack his former collegues.

I don't believe that Koffi left him behind in Kenya because of French papers, because Modogo had already a child in France. Suzuki himself said in various interview he made before rejoining Quartier Latin in 2006 and when 2 years ago, that he was left behind because of saying to Koffi that he would record a solo album in France in the next tour (which made Koffi furious, but then acting like everything was ok). Popolipo confirmed the same thing back in 2000 in some interviews, about Koffi being furious about Suzuki wanting to record a solo album in Europe which made him deciding to punish by leaving behind in Africa when they went to Europe for Olympia.

The things he said said about having recruited all those members he mentioned was not true. Modogo said that he was brought by Lebou Kabuya (himself Lebou Kabuya said the same thing about having brought Modogo to Ql as a singer while he was a drummer), Lebou said that Blanchard brought him to QL (Blanchard said the same thing in various interviews), Somono was brought by his ex'girlfriend Nono Ba Diamants (confirmed by both), Willy Bula was brought by Lebou Kabuya (also confirmed by both), Bouro Mpela by a man who used to be close to Koffi (i forgot his name and it was confirmed in a interview that Koffi made at B-One, if I remember well), Eric Tutsi and Babia Ndonga came the same day for a test just before the Noblesse-Oblige tour.

I was shocked to hear from Suzuki that the song Dulcinee was already prepared in the Magie-days. Imagine if they released it in Magie or Ultimatum album then would Eric Tutsi been on another level.

Suzuki was right about being furious against Koffi firnot wanting to sign his papers for having participated at TV-5 Acoustic, just in order to get all that money from SACEM for the years and that months that are coming. The other members who accepted Koffi's money, because that is peannuts compared to the money Koffi will get from copyrights the next years (Because alot of people around the world Asia, Africa,Europe, America watched it live on tv, plus the people will buy the album throught the digital platforms, etc.). Also of people don't even know that Koffi credited all those QL-songs on his name at SACEM, on the albums-covers its credited on those musicians name but at SACEM they are all on Koffi's name, all Congolese bandleaders have done it and are continuing to do it. Musicians Do Akongo, Fally Ipupa, Suzuki Luzubu, Ferre Gola, Jordan Kusa, etc. had all to go throught long procedures at Sacem to get those songs back on their names.

Suzuki claimes that Duc Herode stole his band and that Celeo, Jordan Kusa, Bouro were all his musicians, just to humiliate them. But they weren't officialy his musicians. They were just his petits who were helping him with songs (some came out in Decompte Finale), they were all members of streetbands and it was like a workshop like the way Willy Bula had his own (with guys like Fally Ipupa, Bouro, coming).

This interview shouldn’t have been done, along with Bouro this is a very disappointing interview. Suzuki is the king of flip flopping too much even Jf ifonge said it... how are you gonna go on camera and lie and diss your friends and colleagues like this.

I actually wanted also to hear him talk about his time in Academia and why he left, does anyone why he left?

I hope one day we can get stories from Willy Bula, Popolipo and Modogo.

Another thing Suzuki can’t hold a grudge against his colleagues for not sticking up for him when he got left behind would he do the same? I doubt it when Willy, Babia, Blanchard, Lebou got left behind did he threaten to not go

There was Suzuki. Him and Willy Bula, the premier stars of QL.

It was an interesting transition how Flash Musica members were slowly being recruited. Along with the experience of Beniko Poli and the older members.

His solo album was cool but unfortunately at the time, it was difficult to reach the public. Just look at Montana, Aimelia and co who released solo album around 2000. Great moments from Tutu Caludji and soloist Mi Cowboys Kambani!

Stop Drugs Suzuki!! Just stop drugs Please!! But if you can't stop drugs then stop doing any interviews. It can't be that every time you do an interview you embarrass yourself. Suzuki is a true example of how not to be a musician.
