Lokua Kanka contributed a lot on this album. It was their second collaboration after working with Wemba on the Le Voyageur, where he arranged only two songs (Maria Valencia & Le Voyageur). But on Emotion he had the full artistic direction. I wanted to see more albums of the two guys, but it didn’t happen. After it they collaborated on Bakala Dia Kuba, for only one song (Pourquoi tu n’est pas la), which was written by him.
