it is a trophy involving musicians,donors,legends from both congo's,but unfortunately it went as if it never existed and i will be honest it almost brought tears to my eyes,it will surely disappear quickly like most of the trophies people tried to organize in the past decades
but people will think they created the world along with God whenever they get any trophy abroad
this has been seriously "hurting" me for a month now i was waiting for an occasion to say it but i have noticed a lot of people seem to be much more concerned with some individuals at expense of others rather that congolese music itself
because of fally saying it(sorry to name him), performing in brazza and angola is for most artists seen as non-event so performing outside the three "congos" gets credit,hyped for some,for some people are just waiting for any flaw to destroy that artist
but when will it become again as vital for foreign artists to come to perform in kinshasa as we see it for our musicians? when will artists from abroad come again to respected festival or awards like ngomo africa,fespam and co?
people seem to prefer x is better than y, or like some say x is better than a b c d e f g h k i l m o p q r s t w y z combined instead of wanting our music to become strong overall again
individuals can die in any second of this life,what will we do then
