Rest in peace Chico a good singer also let the ancesters welcome you with open arms God bless your soul such pity people on Africa are dying like ants due to our poor medical and hospitals the man had a stroke. The government need to put lots of money into training first aid whichcould save lots of lives

Yeah, man - if you have a stroke or heart attack in Africa you can almost be certain of the worst. Emergency services as their known in the west don't really exist in Africa.

Governments need to invest in First Response programs. It's not that difficult or expensive.

In cases like Wemba (RIP) and DJ Arafat (RIP), it could be argued that they could've been saved if they received true emergency care. Arafat would have been paralyzed though from his injuries.
