If South African artists are so tribal that ironically black South African gather only the views of their tribes and Afrikaaners get the vuews if all the White Western world. I see that Nigerian are performing and behaving well for example I am following Burna Boy amd he had a show in Italy in Rome (Yes the same racist Italy I have talked about many times and Rome is ome of the most racist city ever) and getting all this milions of streams and getting also interviews with many many media outlets.  Why Congolese artist can't reach the same? I mean Fally tried it but since Ecole something changed. Man it is so sad that Nigerians and Ghanaians are getting iver world music making something that we created






Do you think is going to be a Congolese artist whi can do tht? Furthermore if you check his music all those English Born who are of Nigerian or Ghanaian origins are collaborating with Africam born Nigerian artists while is rare tosee Ferre working with Niska, Maitre Gims working with Fally etc. The only guys who are trying to do that are Naza and KeBlack but only because Koffi and Fally wanted to expamd in France

It all comes down to language. English is a international language whether we like or not and if you take a closer look most of these successful African artist songs are in English. Plan and simple, the language is the problem.

Yes even the best francophone artists or even actors try to reach anglophone audience to make a big step ahead
also for the congolese music the industry is one of the reasons of being behind nigerians,we have almost no international lobby and no national either

The nigerians and ivorians before them are doing what congolese music should have been doing. Even hough language is a huge barrier, there is so much chaos behind congolese music structure wise. Conolese artists are the best live performers ever , that is a fact, our dancing, our rhythm are unmatched, but there is no unity, we dont want to adapt to new norms, too much infighting, that scares away people , and people freely steal from us. That is why i really support people like nana , keblack etc... these kids are bringing a new breath to the culture, we have to grow mentally, evolve business wise and adapt to modern marketing ventures but then also our artist have to promote more congolese artists, but then again what do i know ?

e can do it, just new heights we gotta reach, with good marketing, good music, social media, anything is possible. mind you that korean guy put out the most viewed song on youtube "gamgam style" i believe
