Wally Ngonda passed away somewhere around late 1996 or 1997.

So sad losing young talent, was it AIDS related ?

Probably I watched his last performance back in 1994 he looked swelled up.

Wally died apparently because of an overdoses, after swallowing a quantity of drugs when the police was following him. There were people who accused Bozi who sacrifcing him (like often happens in Congolese music, when a musician died in a band), because he just rejoined Anti Choc after returning from Kinshasa.

Honestly, I don't know what to believe anymore when it comes to Wally Ngonda's cause of death. All these conflicting stories certainly don't help.

It's like how Blaise Kombo (one of Wenge's old guitarists) died in a car accident 30 years ago and everyone was like 'witchcraft!', 'Wenge sacrificed Blaise' or 'He was perfectly fine that night, so it must've been witchcraft that killed him'.

Honestly, I don't know what to believe anymore when it comes to Wally Ngonda's cause of death. All these conflicting stories certainly don't help.

Did he really said that ? So the whole band participated ? Its hardly to believe, because it sounds to strong. If it was with 2 or 3 persons yes, but the the whole band? A none of them ended up by becoming a brother of christ.

If its truth than it had to be known, because Kinshasa is a city with secrets who aren't secrets. Because everything what happens in dark get known even the smallest things.
