Wait, so Dolin means with vieux Mando, Djolina Mandudila who used to play rhythm for Wenge 4x4 in Mulolo and who went with Wenge Aile Paris to Europe in 1992 ?

Because he said that Mando played rhythm for Maison Mere, but that it didn't work and 2 years ago I saw Maison Mere's second concert at Studio Maman Ngebi with him playing rhythm and a rare video of a Wenge BCBG's concert in Kinshasa after Titanic with him playing rhythm. So if I understand well, he recruited the second bunch of PPU in Kinshasa when Wenge BCBG went to Zenith ? and but when didn't he stay in BCBG and didn't get a proper chance.

playing rhythm during Kaskin

playing rhythm behind Maguy from 4:58 min

btw in the same video  I saw that girl who danced for Madilu, but missed the Zenith-trip by joining Big Star after getting influenced by Montana, but also missing Big Stars trip to the USA. I used to see her in another rare BCBG-VHS back in the years and kept wondering who she was, until she made a video on youtube to talk against Madilu (but I can't find the video anymore, they surely deleted it).

Btw who's ma'pitshou? Because Dolin said in the start of the interview that Heritier disrespected him before joining Maison Mere.

djolina tried to return to play with wenge and since he came when bcbg were on their way to zenith jb made him stay with heritier dolin zakoko armand and co,but the way alba impressed at zenith made it complicated for him he had lost a lot of prestige by staying away from wenge too long, especially with zygal who was already there
yes he was there with late maitre baja to cope with tests
ma pitshou is the dancer ma pitshou dembo  one of the dancers who missed out at zenith but then became one of the dancers of the group one of the most loyal(and even is old enough now to have a daughter who got married)

I don't know her. I've never seen her dancing and she wasn't promoted like those who danced in Anti Terro.

Was she the one who danced with those purple dreads in the kinshasa-version of the TH-videoclip and who missed out on the LSC-trip, where Nono diamants went with her passeport ?

I’m shocked to hear from Dolinthat Vita-Imana was already sung in Wenge Kumbela by Serge Muloso. But how did the song came in Maison Mere ?

serge muloso joined kumbela when they were preparing an album never released and ferre who liked their work asked for that, then other singers followed since they wanted to impress werra, solola bien and kibuisa is full of vocaux of kumbela and two street groups were the guys came from

yes it has been in african cultures for centuries, from the villages to the presidence of countries,
jb and koffi even on their days have their musicians improvising worship songs at rehearsal for them  from the minute the guard opens their car  the message is already transmitted to atalkus to start singing  :D :D :D

“Eza ye, Eza ye, tolanda le guide. Muana maman Amy, alanga nzembo, papa Elvis et Rocky, Diego.....”

Did I really talked about the story of Koffi’s Hummer and Ferre ?

But what made Serge reappear like 6 years later angry in the media to claim that Vita Imana and attacking Ferre for years ? Was it just to make his name known in order to create buzz for his album or did something happen behind the scenes ?

In Quartier Latin  you had the rule that all musicians had to stand up if Koffi comes with his car in Montfleury when they are rehearsing there). But one day Koffi gave his Hunmer to Ferre and all musicians were already present in his house. So when Ferre arrived with his Hummer, Fally, Gibson, Soleil and co already stand up (thinking that it was Koffi), but instead of Koffi it was Ferre, who came out the car and they all had something like “aaah vieux a diminuer biso” Hahahahaha

its because ferre did not give him what he promised or more exactly he saw that it had much more buzz that he could imagine and was upset to have received peanuts,it happens with many songwriters

Lol that is why Fally hates Ferre so much. To be honest if Fally stayed in QL. I think Fally wouldn't have been this big star, because Koffi and Ferre togheter would have cause too much buzz for Koffi and Ferre leaving Fally like Soleil when he went solo

Whenever I think of the PPU, it makes me sad. A lost generation.

JB sabotaged his own career. If JB at that time had chosen to work with Didi Kalombo and co instead of the old guard, he woud've crushed Maison Mère. And today, the landscape of the genre would've been totally different.
