let me illuminate your mind a little bit... every country on this planet has a corruption problem but it just so happen that there's levels and percentages to corruption happening in all countries, in Congo we think it crazy corrupt because there's no infrastructure, no justice and no serious educational system, in the USA for example so called first world country there's massive corruption from the executive to the legislative and Judiciary branch but we don't talk about it because US is a superpower and a developed country in some field compared to all African countries.
