The fact that Koffi has not said anything about the death of Ocean even when its clear this guy showed respect to him is sad to me. I don't understand musicians of Congo. How they did not show their sympathies when Aurlus died is still fresh and now this one. Something is wrong.

I’m thinking (hoping) Koffi will say something in an interview because if you really think about it when a former musician dies the leader rarely almost never says something let alone post on social media. Remember the Sunda Bass situation and how Jb was acting normal on snapchat and that guy did over 20 years in his group, or the first atalaku in QL Manzungidi when he passed I don’t think Koffi said anything or one of the drummers who was there for a while also passed and I don’t think Koffi said anything so it’s nothing new.

I also believe since Ocean didn’t spend that long in the group compared to others that made history in the group maybe that’s why he’s not getting acknowledged

The only one was when it was QL’s anniversary and Koffi invited Babia’s son Prince and gifted him or jeep or something if I’m not mistaken

yeah but did not happen manicke and other mothers of babia's son created trouble so they got removed from the project
jb also did once something with taty nsabi's dad but in general its very very very rare people do not have that notion of paying tribute,apart  from coming to funerals crying for real or putting vycks into eyes to fake crying,making buzz in funerals with triumphant arrival(imagine in groups until today some leaders even ridicule their musicians in reunions that  nobody gives a damn about them in funerals while when they were band members you'd have fights and mad excitment around them if they stepped at a funerals)

To be honest the only guy who always made big things with his artist both when they are in and out is JB. JB might have all the defects of the world but boy he saved Kibesne, RIO and JDL, he gives money to Metrau (and until they were respectful) to Djino, Abel De Charme and Abraham and he made Cellulaire funerals like a soldier, I was too little to remember the dead of Taty Nsamni and I am sure JB is helping Sund Bass's family, JB is really good and I think that Dolain, Mboka Liya amd all those people who spoke bad about him are just bitter. Dolain for example at first sight he seems sincere but then mmmm he seems like he is doing everything to get clout and for Mboka Liya he likes to talk bad about Werra but I think he was just uncontrollable. Anyway wow, Koffi was so quick to speak about that French Elvis guy who died in France and on the other side the family.of this Elvis fremch guy never acknowledge him.
